By purchasing an Architectural Barn Plan (“Drawing,” “Plan,” “Blueprint,” or “Barn Plan”) or any other plan or drawing from Keystone Barn Supply, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) or this website (“Website” or “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Your purchase signifies that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined in this agreement.

2. About Our Plans

  • Our Barn Plans (drawings) are not designed by a licensed engineer or architect and do not include an engineer’s raised seal (stamp).

  • These plans are architectural designs and are not construction plans. They do not include all construction details or dimensions.

  • A materials list is not provided with our plans. Your contractor will need to determine the materials required for construction.

  • The primary purpose of our plans is to help visualize buildings (e.g., barns, garages, coops, etc.) and are not intended for direct construction use.

  • Plans must be reviewed and approved by a local engineer or building official for code compliance before construction begins.

  • Our plans do not include assembly or building instructions.

  • Plans are delivered exclusively in PDF format via email and are not mailed.

  • All measurements are provided in imperial units (feet and inches); metric measurements are not available.

Our plans are typically used for review purposes, obtaining bids, and estimating costs.

You acknowledge that our plans may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly disclaim liability for any such issues to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of our Architectural Plans, Materials Lists (if provided), or any information included in the plans is entirely at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that the plans meet your specific requirements and comply with local building codes.

3. No Professional Advice
Keystone Barn Supply, LLC does not provide professional advice. You agree not to use our Website or Barn Plans as a substitute for advice or drawings from a qualified professional, including engineers, architects, legal advisors, or other experts.

4. Copyright
All plans (drawings) offered for sale on this Website are © Copyrighted and are the property of Keystone Barn Supply, LLC. You agree not to use, copy, reproduce, or exploit our drawings (or any part thereof) for commercial purposes. You may not sell, resell, or display our drawings on any website or in any publication without our explicit permission. Our plans are intended for personal use only.

5. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Keystone Barn Supply, LLC, its owners, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, partners, and employees from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of:
(a) Your use of our Architectural Plans (drawings);
(b) Your use of the Website or its services; or
(c) Your violation of this Agreement, applicable laws, or the rights of any third party.

Keystone Barn Supply, LLC makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information provided in our plans. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the plan design and any information with your local engineer and contractor before relying on it.

No advice or information obtained from Keystone Barn Supply, LLC or the Website shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms of Use. Keystone Barn Supply, LLC and its content providers shall not be liable for any errors, delays, or actions taken in reliance on the content.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keystone Barn Supply, LLC disclaims all liability, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise. We further disclaim all losses, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our Architectural Plans (drawings) or any information provided, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, Keystone Barn Supply, LLC’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this Agreement and your use of the plans or information shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Keystone Barn Supply, LLC during the six (6) months prior to the date the applicable cause of action arose.
