Preview and Purchase Details:

• The barn plans available for purchase on this page can be previewed before buying. We believe you should see what you’re paying for! However, all dimensions and critical data are hidden in the preview to prevent unauthorized use. A clean, fully detailed PDF version will be emailed to you after payment is received.

Important Considerations:

1. Architectural vs. Construction Plans:

   • The plans provided are architectural designs and are not intended for direct construction use. They do not include exact dimensions for all building components and should not be used as construction blueprints. It is the responsibility of your contractor or builder to verify the accuracy of the plans and ensure compliance with local building codes.

2. Materials List:

   • We do not provide a materials list with our plans. Due to variations in material availability, construction techniques, and local building codes, it is impossible to create a universally accurate materials list. We recommend consulting your builder or local lumberyard to generate a materials list based on the plans provided.

3. Plan Format and Printing:

   • All plans are designed to be printed on 36″x24″ paper. You will need to use a printing service such as Staples, UPS, or another provider with large-format printing capabilities.

4. Engineering and Code Compliance:

   • Our barn plans are not engineered or stamped by a licensed engineer. They are not designed to meet every state or local building code. These plans are intended as a starting point for your project. You must consult a local engineer to determine if the plans comply with your area’s building codes.

   • As an optional service, we can provide the plans in .DWG or .DXF format for an additional $50.Thesefileswillbesentdirectlytoyourengineerorarchitect,whocanmodifytheplanstomeetlocalcoderequirements.Note:Ifyourengineercannotopenthefile,onlythe$50 fee will be refunded, not the original purchase price.

5. High Wind Zones:

   • Our plans are not designed for high wind zones. If you are in such an area, your engineer will need to modify the plans to comply with local wind zone requirements.

6. Liability Disclaimer:

   • By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our plans, you agree that Keystone Barn Supply, LLC, its owners, and plan designers are not liable for any inaccuracies, mistakes, or damages arising from the use of these plans. This includes, but is not limited to, material list inaccuracies or design errors.

   • You agree not to hold Keystone Barn Supply, LLC, its owners, or plan designers financially responsible for any incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

   • You must always consult with a local engineer and contractor before using our plans or beginning any construction work. Additionally, you must confirm all materials and dimensions with your contractor or lumberyard before ordering.

7. Units of Measurement:

   • All dimensions are provided in imperial units (feet and inches). Metric measurements are not available.
